Are straps one size fits all or do I need specific straps to the 2 new tanks I bought?

 

If you get OEM, they are tailored. Aftermarket kits are universal and you cut them to length.

 

I recommend getting them at your local junkyards. You'll probably find them loose & hanging - just find the nuts on the ground to go with them. But if you do have to remove some, the nuts are either 13mm or 1/2" (deep socket) IIRC.
