Fuel Tank Replacement
I just purchased another 95 F150. The prior owner removed the driver side fuel tank before I purchased it due to a bad fuel pump. Unfortunately he cut the fuel lines at the sending unit (another $130 I did not want to spend) so I have to replace that as well. I have purchased a new tank (tank was bad too) and was wondering first; if anybody has any pics of what the tank looks like installed. I have parts all over the place and the new straps I bought don't look anything like the original.
Also, there is what looks like a breather valve on the top center of the tank. This is all busted up and I have no idea what it's called and the parts stores I have spoke with don't know what it is either. It's blue in color and has what appears to have two tubes.
I have been all over the internet and can't find anything to help.
