I bought a new fuel pump relay because the other one was all rusty. So when I put the new one on, it does not click when I turn the key on so there for the truck doesn't start. The only way I can hear the fuel pump is if I take the cap off of the relay and make the connections touch manually but t even when I do that it still doesn't start. Do I need another relay or is this an ignition electrical problem?
