Default Fuel pump not working.......

I have a 93 with a 5.0 and when I turn the key on, I no longer hear the fuel pump kick on like it is supposed to. I replaced both the Ecm and Fuel pump relays; didn't change a thing. I also checked for power at the pump with key on and nothing. I was told that there is possibly a fusible link somewhere in the area of the battery that is between the ECM and the cut-off switch. Does anyone have any other Ideas??? Thanks

There's not a fuse link on a 93 the power comes from a 20amp Maxi fuse next to the pump relay it's the #16 fuse on my 92. You will only have power to the pump for a few seconds when you first turn the key on. You can jump #6 to ground on the ECM plug or pull the pump relay and jump across it to get power to the pump so you can test it.
Also check the inertia switch to see if it’s tripped.

Do you have 1 tank or 2? If 2 then could be your selector switch. do you have power to the rely? there is a maxi fuse 20a that supplies power to the relay. If I remember correct.

Thanks guys I got it figured out. I am almost positive that it is the pump. I was testing for power at the pump by turning on the key and then climbing under the truck. I had a buddy turn on the key with me under the truck and there is power going to it. Another question: Is it easier to pull the bed or drop the tank to change the pump? The truck only has one tank behind the rear axle.

I dropped the tank when I did my front one but it was empty and I replaced the tank also. I've never done a Ford by pulling the bed but I hear its as easy or easier than dropping the tank. Someone else probley can give you better advice on which is best.
