Default Fuel pump

My 95 f150 may have a bad fuel pump (crap) waiting for pressure gauge to come,UPS
meantime I like to know, can I drop the fuel tank from the bottom?
Because,I have a camper tied down on back and it would be a pain to pull it off
Than the liner? The body style is a flairside, xlt.box is 6.5 ft. looks like the tank is above
Spare tire.if I can,is there anything I should lookout for?If not,how hard is it to lift the bed up.
do I just lift it up just enough to get to the tank? Any help would be great
Thanks

Removing or lifting the bed is the easiest but with a camper, I would just drain the tank and carefully lower it down. You have the spout, lines and wiring to deal with as you lower it. Myself, I would borrow a gauge if you cannot wait, check for power to the pump to really confirm that the pump is bad before doing all that work.
