fuel problem

Fuel filter is listed in the list of things I have done. Inertia switch will cause u to have no fuel pressure not low fuel pressure. At this point I HATE my Ford. Before long I will have thrown more parts at it than the truck is worth.

Possibly the Fuel pump relay dropping out. After which, it would run till it used up what was left in the line. This would occur regardless of front or rear tank choice, if you have dual tanks. Are you showing voltage to the pump after the pressure drop?
