Fuel problem
Hello, I know my grammar is bad, but I’m here to fix truck not win English contest🤣🤣
1994 ford f150 4x4 5.0
alternator went bad and was replaced with new one that charged at 18+ volts.
When I noticed before I could turn truck off my father in law unhooked the alternator!!!
Hood light blew
headlights blew
inside light blew
fuel pump stopped
windshield wipers stopped
And strangely the hose blew of washer fluid box and water sprayed windshield!
NOT MAKING THIS UP!!!
So here is the problem.
NEW ALTERNATOR
No fuses blown
No Relays bad
all grounds underhood are good
Kill switch good.
fuel pump will not come on. No power at plug
i can get power back there by running a wire to the power brown/ white stripe wire
gas gauge is all the way past full and will not come back even with battery off truck.
NEW COMPUTER
NEW ALTERNATOR
NEW FUSES
NEW RELAYS
ALSO when I use a test light at fuel pump plug the brown/white wire when hooked to pump reads research proposal writing service. Matter fact ALL four wires do. But when I run a wire back to plug and spice in to brown/white wire TRUCK WILL RUN
