Default Fuel problem

New to fords we just got my son a 92 with 141k on it the trucks is in great shape it has sit for the last 2 years and we changed the fuel put new in changed fuel filter It fired up and ran it ran a little ruff but I figured old fuel still in it died then started right back up a ran real good then died and can't get it back running. U can turn the key on and hear the fuel pump run for a bit and does it on both tanks. I rented a fuel pressure tester it showed zero with key off and on. But either in and runs on until either is gone and The Hague stays at zero. Does this sound like a fuel pump. And in both tanks. The guy we got it from said it needed a timing chain. But when it ran it didn't sound like it needed one

It does sound like a fuel system issue, probably a blockage somewhere. I think you're on the right track.
