Question Fuel problem??

I've got a 95 f150 4x4 with the 5.0 and AOD transmission with dual tanks.

While driving, the truck will suddenly lose power when i try to accelerate, it doesnt die, just feels like the engine is starving. I usuly run on the front tank because the rear one quits after only a few minutes, i think the pump is bad in it. Anyway, when the truck loses power, if i switch from the front tank to the rear tank, and then back to the front tank it will run fine again for awhile. I've already replaced the fuel filter and seafoamed the truck, and ive also been using injector cleaner. This solved the problem for awhile but now its happening again. I've pulled codes and got one that the O2 sensor is running lean, and another that the "transmission fluid sensor circuit is above maximum voltage." I was told to replace this sensor if i can find it, but i haven't been able to find any information about it. Anyone had a similar problem before or know what could be going on? Any help is appreciated! Thanks

May not be the same problem, but 2 years ago in my '96 F150 I would have this same issue using the rear tank, it would sometimes spit and sputter until I would switch to the front tank then again back to the rear. I changed fuel filter, additives etc etc etc it sometimes seemed to get better then would do it again... It finally quit working altogether. I replaced the tank pump and have never had another issue since with it.

Not sure that helps you, but that's my story, and I'm sticking to it.

thanks for the help, it does sound like the same problem i'm having and i've had a suspicion that its the fuel pump. Just trying to make sure it's not something else before i go through the trouble of dropping the tank. I have a feeling the codes are a separate issue. Thanks again!
