Default fuel injectors?

i have an 88 f150 5.0l v8 and i thought the problem with my truck being hard to start and not idling right was the fpr so i replaced that and its been about a week so the ecu should have had time to reset so i was thinking it could dirty fuel pressure injectors and sometimes when i give it gas it kinda has a jerk idk how to really discibe it but i got some barely used fuel injectors from a corvette 96 they work good and they are #24 or #25 can't remember exactly and i got them for free from my gfs dad and i know that they will fit but my truck is already running rich so would that help? im also going to change out the fuel filter

You need a fuel pressure gauge to properly diagnose a potential problem in the fuel system.

Otherwise you're just throwing parts at it and hoping they work. You can waste a lot of time and money real fast doing it that way.
