I have always had issues with my front tank gauge working. It likes to decide itself when and when not to work. My switch itself had been broken and pushed into the dash, and when I finally decided to fix it, the gauge had started to work again. Of course after a couple months it stopped working but that's besides the point. If you just had everything replaced I would say that it has to be electrical. Check any grounds and make sure they look good, you might also have to pull apart the dash in order to fix it.

My rear tank shows the level perfect when i switch to it but the moment i switch to the front it goes lower then the E. Could it be a bad sensor out of the box. i bought the spectra gas tank and pump already installed for 300+. any other things that could make it do this
