Default Front spring question

So my local auto zone has a set of duralast f250 springs on close out. They have the same specs as the moog 844 springs. Difference is they have them marked down to $39.99. Do you guys think this would lift the front like the moogs do? Same lenght, an compression rates. I checked. They look like the same shocks just a different name brand. Worth the $40 to see if they work? They only have the one set left, they are no longer stocking these why they are marked down.

It's only 40.00, worst case scenario you have brand new front springs.

What I was thinking, if it doesn't raise it enough I could add a leveling kit. Then I could add a leaf in the back to bring it back level. Kinda like a poor man's lift kit lol.
