Default Front Fuel Tank Issue

Ok, so now I'm on to fixing my front tank issue. I've been running off my back tank for a few months and everything works fine. Front tank is full but when I switch to it the engine dies and wont start until I switch to the back. I figure it's either the switch, selector valve or front pump. Any thoughts on how I can narrow it down?

Locate and verify that power is reaching the front fuel pump and it has a good ground. .I would be suspicious for a failed fuel pump.Do you hear the front pump run?

If it's really quiet and radio off, I can hear both pumps whir for a few seconds whenever I turn key to on...
