Default Front drive shaft boot

Does anyone know where I can buy the boot that goes on the front drive shaft? Or some other boot that would be a good fit? I can't find one anywhere, not even directly from Ford.

Anyone? I'm open to any ideas on what could work. I really need to put this back together ha.

extended cab 2wd's (the ones with a hanger bearing) have a boot on the rear driveshaft which might work.
Also the boot off a Ranger 4x4 with a Dana 35 might work.
It doesn't have to be perfect (you could use a chunk of inner tube for all it matters) it just has to keep moisture and dirt out of the slip joint.
