Default Fresh tuneup. Same and new problems

Hey All,
1994 f150 5.8 4x4 129K. Weekend warrior type. Mechanically inclined, but uneducated

She was running terribly in the rain. And generally just doesn't have any giddy up. So I did wires, plugs, cap, and rotor. And air filter.

Seems to accelerate about the same, no noticeable more power feel. But when I ease off the throttle to maintain speed, it sounds/feels like something is knocking? and bucking in the tranny? I could be wrong, just my guess. Check engine light usually comes on about that time and stays on until the truck is shut off.

Also, after the tune up, she's leaking antifreeze from somewhere underneath? I've just been using water until I have time to look better.

I'm just trying to troubleshoot. I know she's old but I almost feel like I opened a can of worms trying to eek out 1 more MPG. Thanks all

You need to pull codes from the computer. You may have a sensor that is causing you problems . There is a sticky on how to pull the trouble codes out of the computer . Good luck !
