Default spark plug gap with timing bump

my truck calls for a .054 gap in stock1995 for. my question is, with the timing bump, what gap should i shoot for?

what is your timing right now? i'm guessing 10deg. i've seen people say take it to the PING and back it off a little. gap sounds fine to me.

From what I've read in a bunch of threads you want to stick go with about .054 - .056 when doing the standard f150 upgrade. Some trucks called for a stock gap that was already .054 and some called for a stock gap of about .044 - .046; although both had the same stock coil (see ymeski's post here https://www.f150forum.com/f10/can-i-...-52240/index5/). I'd do the ignition upgrade and timing bump, see how it runs, and then after a few tanks of gas try opening the gap a little more like to .06 and see how it responds.
