update--- it was doing great for a while, but yesterday, it out of nowhere just relapsed... WTF. with how it intermittently goes from normal to terrible it has got to be the wiring with that switch right? i checked voltage and one of the wires was only getting about 8v versus some of the others getting right around 12. if i just replace that connector i dont know if it'll fix the problem. plus, the only one of those connectors i could find online, amazon says it doesnt fix my truck but it looks like the right one.

O2 sensors are not usually bad when the code states they are. It is usually another issue making them read incorrectly. Fuel problems are one of the main culprits.
