Default A few questions

Hey I'm going to be refreshing my truck up here fairly soon and just wanted to ask a few questions. I was wondering is there any fuel injector cleaners that work better than others? and is there any specific spark plugs/wires that will increase performance by a little? Also do K&N air filters actually increase performance as much as they say let do. Is there anything else I should look at...the truck hasnt been started or ran in atleast 4 months.
