Default Fender Swap

Recently purchased a 1991 F150 XLT Lariat 4.9L E4OD short bed. Fenders are not in terrible shape, however I found a set of primo fenders that I can get for a good price. My only concern is that they are from a 1991 long bed.

Question: are fenders the same regardless of short vs. long bed? Would it be a direct swap?

I should have measured, but of course I didn’t think of that until I got home. Thanks for any input you can offer.

1987-1991 are all the same fenders, regardless of bed length and cab configuration.

Thanks for confirming. I assume they are, but you know what happens…

Thanks for your input!
