Default Fabricating Help

Has anyone out there built or seen a grille surround piece like this? I'd like to build one for my billet grille too but don't know where to begin.
Thanks

it looks like the factory parts. headlight bezels painted. you could probably take the factory grill and cut out all actual grill except for the outside edge and fiberglass over the holes and parts that are cut to smooth it out. just my guess

The lights are euro lights, you can find them on ebay, and the grill could be a grillcraft, steelcraft, or a stull, they make custom grilles.

Thanks for the ideas, I'll take a look at my factory grill and see how easy it will be to modify.
