Default F250 coils

Just curious which f250s came with the coils and not front leaf springs, my 96 f250 7.3 4x4 has front leafs, is there different suspension packages that were avalable for these trucks,

Are the front leaf springs suppose to arch down not up like the rears? Or is my front leafs just won out?

Nope its correct, they are suppose to be arched down. My 96 had 2 leafs like yours, but my 97 has 3 leafs on the front, and sits higher than my 97. I think there is a lift on there somewhere lol

i dont think they are supposed to arc down...not sure about the twin beam but on my f350 (straight axle) they are pretty straight. and a guy i know with a 97 f250 said he was replacing his springs because of the fact they were like the ones in your pic.

I guess the extra weight of the 7.3 over all these years is the culprit

Both of Mine have the 7.3. The one with 3 leafs in the front also has air bag suspension in the back
