Cool F150 Build

I’m thinking of building a bricknose f150, single cab short bed, with a 351 Windsor turbo. I got two main questions: how much can the stock rear diffs handle? I have no idea how much HP im gonna be making yet, but I've heard some 351w’s can make 600 hp with the right upgrades. I’m planning to make this thing create as much speed and power as possible on a reasonable budget. I want my rear end to ideally not blow apart from putting the pedal to the floor. If i was to upgrade the diff, what should i do?

I appreciate any assistance!
