You guys at not helping this decision at all. I mean I love my truck. And I do use it as a truck every now and then. But mostly all I do is drive it. I am just now gettin over sellin my bronco a little over a year ago. But I can barley afford the gas in my baby.

What are the specs on your ride? It is possible that the truck could be getting better has mileage than it currently is. The ol win win

5.8 auto 355 gears. 31x1050 tires. Gettin bout 12 mpg. 108,000 on the odometer.

Ah the 5.8 isnt going to help anything.

I got a set of ford racing wires for free. Just not sure what plugs or cap or rotor to go with.

At the end of the day it's all up to you! If you are doing a straight trade plus cash....go for it. That F150 is nice though.
