Only you will know the answer to this. You need to note on the odometer the number of miles when you add gas to it. Note how many gallons you add. Run the truck until it has the same amount of gas it had in it when you added some.
Take the odometer reading and subtract the first odometer reading from it. That will tell you many miles you have gone. Take that number and divide it by the number of gallons you put in.
Then you will have your answer.
