Default Exhaust Question

Hey, So I've decided I want a new exhaust but I'm not sure where to run it out..Right now its dumped behind the cab but I was wondering if running it out in front of the rear tires is a good idea or my other was running it out diagonally behind the rear tires...Also looking to get the most power out of my exhaust I can...Any idea's...(Muffler, X/Y Pipe?)

If you wont a flowmaster go with the super 44, its not to loud but it still sounds good. I have the pipe coming out in front of the back tire and im geting a 3.25 tip for it =)

As free flowing as possible with only a little bit of backpressure.........a wye pipe would be ideal but only if it's aftermarket....the factory style has way too much imperfection.......on the other hand, an Xpipe would be better for the scavenging effect. My personal preference is to run it as far back as possible because it keeps the fumes from easily getting into your cab.

all depends on many things. how loud you want how much you wanna spend and what sound you want. hit up youtube and just look up 351 windsor straight pipe, 351 windsor magnaflow 351 windsor flowmaster and any other mufflers you can think of then see which you like best then come back and ask some more specific questions
