Default Exhaust question

Was looking under my truck and noticed that there appears to be a dent in the exhaust piping between the just upstream of the cat. Is this worth getting a replacement piece welded in?

Sorry for the pic, it's difficult to get a good angle on it

I wouldn't worry about it, personally.

If this was a performance vehicle I'd say yes. In this case I agree with Chris. Don't worry about it.
