Default Exhaust pipe separation from header.

I'm going through the process to remove my oil pan and getting to the part where I have to separate the exhaust pipe from the headers. I'm pretty positive the nuts have never been broken loose since the factory so expecting to have to do some cutting. My question is will I be able to knock the bolt out from the flange and just replace bolt and nut? Or will I have to cut the old flanges off and replace them too?

Default

if your flanges are still good, I would try to keep them and drill out any broken stuff.

If you have time - a week long regimen of PB or favorite rust buster will make the job easier.
