i have a 95 5.0L and i am wanting to make it louder. i have already cut the muffler so right now i am running two cats and then dumped right after the cab. i was looking at running true dual straights (no cats, no mufflers) but was concerned about how loud it would be. if you guys have any audio clips of true dual straights or single cat straights, i would appreciate it.

your not going to get any louder than what your at now, unless you run a set of open longtube headers

that doesnt really make sense because if you take off more that restricts the airflow, it theoretically should get louder

thats what i said your not going to get any louder unless you cut out the cats and run it strait, it which case you might as well run open headers( i said long tubes because you still want some sort of back pressure you wont get much but some.
