Default Exhaust Help!?!?

Hello everyone, first time poster here and i have a question about the exhaust system on my truck. I have a 1993 F-150 with a EFI 4.9 straight six. I have recently replaced my muffler with a glass pack, but i want to revamp the whole system. I looked further ahead and found that in front of the first cat instead of having one 2.5 inch pipe, there is two smaller ones coming down from the exhaust manifold. I was expecting to just be able to cut off right at the front of the first cat and run a straight pipe back to the glass pack. But how can i go about this with there being a set up like this? Also any pictures of completed systems on similar truck would be great for a visual reference.

Thanks in advanced, Stick 40

The idea of mine is no cats at all, i dont want to spend to much money. What im plaing on doing is running a straight pipe from the manifold back to the glasspack, but i need to figure out how to do this with there being two smaller pipes going in to the front of the cat. Any help is appreciated!
