well i finally got a straight put on my 96 5.0l still have the cat on it and it not any louder than when it had a gp on it... $40 bucks for nothing

had to vent lol

does ur state have emisions test? if not cut the cat out gut it then weld it back in place. it will get a lil louder and maybe even a slight gain in your mpg.

It wont be any louder if the pipe runs in back of tire, the bends in the pipe will muffle the sound, if you want it louder put tail in front of rear tire.

Hey all, i got a 91 f150 302 and im lookin at gettin some headers. i dont kno enough about them or anything, does anyone have any idea wats good or notso good...any feedback would be great thanks

my state has emissions but in my area no so i think ima gut them and for headers go with some headman long tube... thats what i got. they leak tho where the come into the regular exhaust and to fix it ganna cost me 140 buck...
