EOSF Transfer Case Motor Refurbishment
I thought I might share a write-up I did for an easy refurbishment on that dreaded transfer case motor so many of us seem to have. There really are no special tools required. A drill press can take place of a milling machine and lathe so don't let that scare you away.
I took a bunch of pictures of the process I used to breath new life into my motor and that brought back my 4 wheel drive in two nights worth of a little fun in the shop.
Come to think of it I think this is my first post here. I tried to post this via the normal means but that was just too much info for this forum to handle so... I made it into a nice download-able document which you can grab here:

Hope you enjoy as much as I did
Eric
correction... my 3rd lol
