Engine wil not start
So my truck runs fine since I bought it, then stalls on me one day not to start again. I find that I have no spark so I pick up a couple used TFI modules. I install it and truck starts right up, but running rough. So I pull the distributor out again to try and line up my marks better. I found out too late that getting the module off doesn't mean pulling out the dist. Now when I start it up she just keeps cranking. I rotated engine to tdc I believe and installed dist with rotor pointing to #1 spark lead. I have spark and fuel pressure, not sure how much pressure though. I'm wondering if my timing was out just abit would it just keep turning over or should I expect at least some sort of backfire/fire up? I Pulled the codes with the check engine light method and got 24. Sorry for the long winded post but any suggestions would be greatly appreciated thanks. 91 f150 btw

First off,you need to mark your hamonic balancer with a bright white marking pen @ 10 degrees btdc and turn your crankshaft counterclockwise untill you line up your mark with pointer.then place your rotor at #1 CYLINDER on compression stroke...make sure that #1 plug wire on dist. cap is aligned with rotor..that will get you in the ballpark and should fire-up...use timing light to fine tune...This is how i set mine on my 92 f-150 5.0 works every time
