Engine Swap

ok one of my buddies has a 4.6 he just took out of his 01 Cobra, im wondering if there would be any problems putting it in my 94.

just wondering if anyone has been through this process.

I'm pretty sure that there won't be any problems with doing that but the only thing is just make sure your tranny will work.
