Engine surging up and down, help?

Engine surging up and down, help?
I have 93 F150 XLT EXT Cab 4x4, 5.0 auto. At low speeds, (10-25 mph) truck surges as if I was giving gas and then letting off quickly. Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and what the fix is?
