Engine question
Hello, new to the site, and I have a question.
A friend of mine has a 95 F150 with a 302 in it, and last week, after 29X,XXX miles, the motor went in it, not exactly sure what, but it locks up, so something mechanical I would imagine.
Well, he has another 302, but it comes from a 83 LTD (so I was told). Would I be able to change the intake manifold, oil pan, and exhaust manifolds over and run it in the truck?
I'm thinking no because it should be a 302HO, because of the firing order, but I can't find enough information to be sure, so please, any help would be appreciated, thanks.

The motor will work, use the truck ex, up\low intake, and all the truck stuff. just remember the firing order when firing the truck. If the 95 is mass air, the ho will also benefit.
