thanks everybody for all the answers here's what I have done .
took apart all connectors and put dielectric grease on all of them.
removed throttle body took off throttle position, idle air , and what I think is the cannister purge valve throttle position was a little sticky gave it the
wd-40 didin't do anything to idle air but on the cannister purge one of the vac lines was questionable replaced that. also took off egr and checked seems ok. ran the engine still does it but not as frequently as before.didn't do the codes again yet have battery dissconected to clear codes.
also what is a speed density system ? thanks again for all the answers

Your engine. MAP (manifold air pressure) as opposed to the later, improved MAF (mass air Flow) system of computing air intake flow for the purpose of determining correct fuel trim by the EEC.

What code reader do you have?

See link: https://www.f150forum.com/f10/heads-...05/#post623219

Hi Ymeski56: I have an INNOVA (IEC) Code reader, got it from O'Reiley for $30. It works good when you get it hooked up right ...lol... I thought common sense would apply to the hookup but there are 4 pins and when hooked up correctly one of the pins does not contact anything in the pigtail.. go figure. so anyway I am going to replace the O2 sensor (orig equip, 101,000 miles) and the Throttle position sensor, not OEM but 90,000 miles and see what happens next with the EVAP, HEGO and Air diverter solenoid.

Howdy!

Your User Manual specifically states the KOER's are not reliable w/ active KOEO codes present. All KOEO's should be dealt w/ first.

Your reader also accommodates MTU (pre-OBD1). That's why it has terminals that don't agree w/ your connector, in addition to ones that do . Also, it will do a cylinder output balance test for OBD-1 engines later than your's. After "bank fired" injection went to "sequentially" fired. I believe that coincided w/ the MAP to MAF intake air monitor system change too.

Hego's are notably slower in switching speed & accuracy after 60K miles. Good idea to replace regardless.

I would hesitate to replace the TPS w/o an active code denoteing "out of range" regardless of age.

While all this info relates to lonesloper also, I suggest you start your own thread, so as not to confuse info specific to his problem. We'll follow you, on your's!
