good to hear things are looking up. Always appreciate the feedback on what the solution was - provides closure and material for future reference. As one wise mechanic once related, "the problem always gets easier when you already know the answer". And, given a choice between book-smarts theory and real-world experience, I will choose experience.

You're expecting your first snow anyday? Son! I'm still running around in shorts down here! Too damn cold up there for me.

Okay, replaced the distributor whole with a rebuilt and the truck is running like a champ! Luckily I got it right on the first try and timing was right on (that never happens...) Haven't checked the AC output of the PIP signal yet but so far everything's running good.

Had my first snow yesterday and got 5 inches. Fixed 'er up just in time..

hello i have a 95 f-150 XL 5.0L 4x4 auto / also auto hubs and i can't find the axel/gear info ANYWHERE it is a stock f150 i need to know is there dana 44's or whats in it? also the gearing? ex. 3.07's or whatever please help i have been looking for so long now and i cant find it any replys would be very very very helpful e-mail me at quicksilver373@hotmail.com
