Default engine dies

95 f150 302 v8.with power door locks and anti theft system.problem: I drive to bank(10 min) waitng for transaction and the engine shuts off.this happened to me twice in 1 week.i finally got it started by closing all doors and windows ,using key fob, lock and unlock doors a couple times then the engine started.but I am afraid this could happen while driving on highway.has this happened to anyone and could you help me to resolve this issue?
thanks

Unlikely the anti-theft system is shutting the engine off - but it can prevent it from starting. Does it crank when you turn the key or is it complete silence from the starter? If it was the anti-theft system, it wouldn't even crank.

The THEFT system has no effect on the engine running; all it can do is prevent cranking, and blow the horn.

I'd put a fuel pressure gauge on it:

...and keep a printout of this caption with all the necessary tools in the truck so you can check it next time it stalls:

When mine stalled, it took about a month of waiting for it to stall, jumping out on the side of the road (always at the same location), and doing as many steps as I could before the engine started running again. Each time, I'd pick up at the step I couldn't finish the previous time. Eventually, I got through enough of the steps to pinpoint the fault. Since the repair, it hasn't stalled again.
