Will a p71 police package engine bolt up to a 1989 f150 351W drive train?

If its a 4.6 I don't think it will. BTW For EVERYONE's INFORMATION. THE ENGINES IN THE POLICE CARS ARE THE SAME AS THE OTHER CARS!!!!
