No idea what the KOER codes are, you have em all jumbled up,
but the KOEO codes are
629 Torque converter clutch solenoid circuit failure
11 system pass
72 insufficient Map charge during dynamic response test.
628 Excessive torque converter clutch slippage
172 indicates lean bank #1 (cylinders 1-3-5-7)
but the KOEO codes are
629 Torque converter clutch solenoid circuit failure
