Default engine choices need advice

I have a 96 f150 and I just blew up my second5.0 ... I'm debating Wat engine2 go with this time ... another 5.0 a 5.8 or a 300 straight6 ... I figured I'd get as many opinions as possible because I honestly cant figure out witch engine I want yet and i realy need 2 figure it out soon because this is my daily driver/toy and i can only borrow the truck I'm driving now for a couple more days ...

how are you blowing them up if i may ask? i would just get another 302 honestly, iv never had a problem with them, and IMO are the cheapest/easiest to find parts for (more of a fact).

Go big or go home! 460 baby! Lol no for real I go with the 5.8. I've got better mpg's out of my 5.8 that I did my 5.0.

I love my 300, cause my other 2 friends with a 302 F150 and a 460 F250 are always fixing them for some reason. Well the guy with the 460 does belong to a mudding club and that engine does have over 300 000 miles on it so that may be why

And the other one with the 302 is a bit of an idiot... as in he thinks glow plugs ignite diesel so that too is another possibility.
