i have 90 f 150 4x4 with a300 & a 5 spd . when u unhook the neg and touch thr cable back 2 the batt the fuel relay clicks and fuel pumps turn on . where do i start lookin 4 the problem ? i ve already replaced main grond cable fuel relay and harness that holds it what else should i iook 4 ?

 

The fuel pumps should only click on when you turn the key in the ignition. Are you saying that yours are always on as long as the battery is connected?
