Default Electrical issues

I own an 89 f150 XLT Lariat and have been experiencing odd electrical issues. In the accessory position everything works fine, however, when I fully start the truck the windshield wipers, blinkers, ac/heater, and radio stop working. I can't figure out what would make them stop working while engine is running, but work fine I'm accessory position. I was told by other car guys to try replacing the starter and solenoid which I did, and nothing fixed the issue. I'm not a big car guy so if you have any suggestions please break it down Barney style for me, thanks!

I would agree with it being the ignition switch, but I think it may just need adjusted. Remove the cowling from around the steering column, two screws accessible from the bottom side. Try sliding the switch forward a little.

Thanks! I will try that tonight when I'm home and let you know if it works. Thanks for the info!
