Search the forum for...."e-fan swap. Lot's of great info. The Chrysler 300 dual fans run around $25 for the pair from a salvage yard. The fan controller is less than $20 at advanced auto parts. Also grab some 30 amp relays at the salvage yard and some 8 gauge wire. Gotta run now, but the thread I'm talking about is loaded with good info.

Fans from the V8 (94-04) , also fans from 4.6L Cougar/T-birds works, and of course the famous Mark 8 fab. But the 4.6 cougar/t-bird are easier to find in Pick-a-parts. I've been running a fan from v-8 Thunnder Bird for few years now on my 94. My cooling system consist F250 radiator, V8 T-bird fan contolled by Flexalite controller. Even in Georgia summer with AC dont have any problems
