take the EGR off, clean the port-way it is intalled in, in the intake (geez, a lot of "in" words there in different context) check the diaphram (not a womans) in the top of the EGR valve itself and clean the inside of the EGR. I'd use carb cleaner someone else (ymeski ?) may suggest something else....
