I was always told to use clear silicone on the "cheap" headlights to prevent moisture from fogging them, I didn't on mine and have made it through the rainy season and a couple feet of snowfall over winter without fogging. I got some HID (IMO the other tail lights look ricer along with the headlights that have those cheap halos and projectors in them.) off ebay and love them. No one has ever said they looked ricer, actually I think they look pretty freakin mean at dusk/dawn when I just run the parking lights. Personally if you are dropping that kind of money go with HID projectors as they light up the night, I do a fair amount of night driving and haven't had to turn my brights on once in the past 8 months because they put out some heavy duty light.

I still need to get a black grill and maybe bumper to bring the front of the truck together more but that's a work in progress.
I have those same ones and need hids bad. Where'd you get hids for them at?
They came with mine, but you can get the conversion kit on ebay. Just make sure you get the right size bulb. AC ballasts are supposed to be better than the DC ones, I went with 6000k lights and they are awesome, very white with just a hint of blue around the edges.
While re reading that above post about the headlights apparently I missed the part about the other headlights having cheap halos and projectors. But hate to tell you they all have cheap halos and projectors absolutely no kind of quality parts in them.
