Default easy performance mods?

i have a 94 f150 with the 5.0 in it and im wondering what i can put on it to give it more hp and tq without having to tear into the engine. i already have a K&N cold air intake. this is my daily driver so i only have a weekends time that i can do projects on this. thanks for the replies

Underdrive pulleys are about all I can think. That and exhaust.

Pulleys for sure and you can try bumping the timing up a few degrees. Headers might be worth a few horsepower but a good free flowing exhaust would be a bigger gain.

You can also go with an aftermarket ignition setup with a hotter coil.

1.7 rocker arms are an easy swap or stick a better cam in it.

A jump to 3.73 gears over the 3.55's wouldnt make anymore power but will make better use of the power you got.

A electric fan set up will help reduce friction and drag on your water pump. It hasn't been proven but it could help with a little more power and MPG
