Easy mods for a 302

I'm looking for easy and cheap (under $100) ways to pick up a little extra horsepower and torque. Any ideas?

Grab the distributor and give it a good twist clockwise.

underdrive pulleys, 99.99 from BBK performance, adds 8-15 horsepower.

drop in K&N air filter gave me a noticeable difference in throttle response.

I planned on the K&N drop in next time I need an air filter and I'll check out the understudy pulleys, thanks
