Default E4od leaking problem

So i had my ttans rebuilt with a new torque converter. Couple days later it blew the front seal and drained the tranny fluid. So I replaced it and when I did a WOT run, it blew it again. Now besides overheating and bad torque converter, what could cause this to happen?

You might not have to torque converter stabbed in all the way, this will cause it to be in a bine. Make sure you can turn the crank before you start the engine when tightning the converter to the flywheel

You just gotta make sure that the converter is sitting all the way back before you start tightning it up to the fly wheel

It was properly seated and installed. It was just bad. Now I have lockup which I didn't have before and after the rebuild so I always thought it was electrical problem. You really can't tell, but the shaft on the torque converter is deformed.
