Post Down shifting issue?

so i have a 93 f150 xlt 4x4 with a 302 and its an automatic. it drives fine until i hit hills then it desides to slow down and speed. sometimes it stays the same speed. when i get up to 65 mph or 70 mph it desides to slow down again . idk if this a down shifting issue or a timing issue.

some thought were be really appriciated.

is there away to fix the down shifting cuz its not like the tranny is slipping or anything just when it comes to certain things. i was thinking maybe it just needs a fluid change again

My 93 Flareside has the 4 speed AOD transmission ( automatic but it has the overdrive lockout on the gearshift, not on a button) in 4th gear it has no guts, to pass some one or go up a hill you have to: With an AOD, shift it to regular drive ( to the right ove overdrive in the dash ) or with E4OD, press the button on the end of the shifter

It should go P R N D d 1 first D is circled and thats overdrive second D is overdtive lockout. Dont accidently put it in 1 at 65 mph. Wouldnt be pretty.
